Albanians Threaten War.

New York Times 100 years ago today, August 16, 1913:
Malissori Tribesmen Dissatisfied with the New Frontier.
VIENNA, Aug. 15.— Malissori tribesmen in Albania have threatened to declare war against Montenegro unless the new Albanian frontier, which was arranged by the Ambassadorial conference in London, is modified.
A number of the Malissori chiefs have presented a protest to this effect to the British Admiral in command of the forces of the powers at Scutari and to the Austrian and Italian Consuls, according to advices received here from Scutari.
