Bulgars Decide They Must Yield on Receiving Powers' Note.
SOFIA, Jan. 16.— The Mir says that the council at Mustapha-Pasha yesterday, at which King Ferdinand, his Ministers, and the chief Bulgarian Generals were present, decided to resume hostilities in the event of Turkey's failure to accept the Allies' terms immediately after the Porte received the collective note of the powers.
