Montenegrin Troops Are Also Besieging Tushi on Road to Scutari.
CONSTANTINOPLE, Oct. 12.— Montenegrin, forces have crossed the border, into the Sanjak of Novipazar, and are how attacking Sienitza, according to official information received by the Porte to-day. Sienitza is close to the Servian frontier.
