Austria May Mobilize troops.

New York Times 100 years ago today, October 2, 1912:
    Oct. 1.— The Minister of Defense, speaking before the delegation on the subject of the Balkan crisis to-day, said:
    "We have not mobilized as yet, but if things go on like this any further we, too, will be compelled to have recourse to preventive measures."
