Note Severing Relations with Turkey Has Been Drawn Up.

LONDON, Thursday, Oct. 10.— A telegram from The Daily Chronicle's Constantinople correspondent says:
"The Greek note breaking off diplomatic relations with Turkey has already been drawn up. I was permitted to peruse a copy of it to-day, (Wednesday.)
"On instructions from Athens, M. Gryparis, on behalf of Greece, will immediately hand it to the Porte."
