VIENNA, Oct. 11.— Half the Servian Army, in three divisions, is being transferred to Sofia to effect a union with the Bulgarian Army for operations against Adrianople.
All the officers on leave, from the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Austrian Army Corps at Sarajevo and Ragusa, have just been called in to join their garrisons.
