Servia's Purpose to Seize Durazzo Is Fixed.
Special Cable to The New York Times.
LONDON, Tuesday, Nov. 19.— The Daily Mail's correspondent in Sofia telegraphs:
"The Bulgarian Cabinet has been sitting all day discussing the terms of peace to be offered to Turkey in the name of the Balkan League. Servia insists on acquiring part of the Albanian coast, together with the port of Durazzo.
"I have reason to believe that the allies will insist on the cession of the whole of the conquered territory, including all Albania.
"Servia at least is most firmly resolved to possess Durazzo."
