Bulgar's Position Serious.

New York Times 100 years ago today, November 20, 1912:
Belief in London — Expectation That Allies Will Be Asked for Help.
Special Cable to The New York Times.
LONDON, Nov. 19.— The Pall Mall Gazette says:
"The Bulgarian position before Tchatalja is regarded in well-informed quarters in London as serious, as the Turkish troops holding the famous lines are 60 per cent. of them fresh troops brought up from Asia Minor, and not demoralized remnants of the Turkish Army which retreated from Lule-Burgas.
"The view is expressed that the Bulgarians will have to seek help from their allies — perhaps from Monastir, now that the latter place has surrendered.
"This would in the meanwhile give Nazim Pasha every opportunity further to strengthen his position, as troops could not be brought from Monastir and Thrace in less than a week."
