Roumania Takes Precaution.

New York Times 100 years ago today, October 19, 1912:
Will Mobilize Army Corps if Bulgaria Wins a Victory.
BUCHAREST, Oct. 18.— The Roumanian Government has decided to prepare three of its army corps for mobilization.
In the opinion of semi-official circles, Roumania thinks that any eventual successes of the Bulgarian armies would be dangerous to herself. She has, therefore, decided to abandon her waiting attitude and order the mobilization of the First, Third, and Fifth Army Corps immediately upon Bulgaria gaining an important victory.
