El Paso Gets a Report That the Rebel Commander Has Won.
PASO, Feb. 17.—Rebel forces began storming the Palace early this afternoon with a 12-inch cannon, said a private telegram received here to-day from Mexico City.
An unconfirmed report, said to have been transmitted over the wires below Juarez, reported that Diaz occupied the Palace at 3 o'clock this afternoon. Censorship continues to-night, however, on the Mexico City end of all wires below this point.
