New Type of German Warship.

    LONDON, Feb. 15.— According to The Engineer the German Government is constructing a number of ships whose armament consists of one aerial torpedo gun, which is supposed to be a weapon of the type of the dynamite guns of the American cruiser Vesuvius. Some papers are using The Engineer's statement to make a scare, arguing that Great Britain has been caught napping in this matter.
