Said to Have Registered Under False Name — Venezuelan Refugees There.

PANAMA, April 9.— Gen. Castro has been here for several days and registered at the Central Hotel under an assumed name, according to men who know him well. He could not he located there, and it was said that he had left for Colon this morning.
Two boats sailed from here this week for Venezuela. Many Venezuelan refugees are here.
