King Nicholas's Yacht Taken.

New York Times 100 years ago today, April 11, 1913:
    CETTINJE, April 10.— The first victim of the International blockade is the yacht Roumia, belonging to the King of Montenegro, which was captured by a foreign warship in the waters around Antivari. The yacht was escorting three vessels loaded with flour.
