Del Valle Accompanies Wilson on Trip to Washington.
Special Cable to The New York Times.
VERA CRUZ, July 18.— Senator Del Valle accompanied United States Ambassador Wilson, who sailed yesterday on the steamship Mexico, on his way to Washington for a conference with President Wilson. The Senator's mission is entirely unofficial, and it is said that at a recent conference President Huerta answered some of his pertinent questions rather harshly.
Ninety Americans sailed from here for Havana and New York on the same ship with Ambassador Wilson.
