New Wyoming Sticks on Sandbar on Trial Trip Near Wilmington, Del.
WILMINGTON. Del., July 15.— The new battleship Wyoming, which left Philadelphia on her trial trip this morning is stuck on a sandbar at Three Quarter Point, about a mile and a half below this city.
Government tugs have gone to her assistance. Her Captain reports no damage done, and it is expected that she will proceed with the high tide.
