Passenger Named Sohler Charged with Frauds in America.
FISHGUARD, July 22.— Emile Leon Sohler, a passenger on the Cunard liner Lusitania, was arrested on the vessel's arrival here this morning on a charge of alleged extensive frauds in America.
At the New York Police Headquarters it was said last night that the officials there had no knowledge of the charges against Sohler.
