Wireless Law Goes to President.

New York Times 100 years ago today, July 18, 1912:
    WASHINGTON, July 17.— The conference report on the new wireless law, framed from the lessons of the Titanic disaster, and requiring wireless operators on duty constantly aboard ships, was adopted by the House to-day, and now requires only the president's signature to make it law.
