Anglo-French Manoeuvres.

New York Times 100 years ago today, March 15, 1913:
Destroyers and Submarines of Both Countries in Joint Movements.
    OSTEND, March 14.— Flotillas of British and French torpedo-boat destroyers and submarines are carrying out a series of night manoeuvres in co-operation in the English Channel.
    The commanders of the flotillas are following common plans of action, and there is a frequent exchange of wireless messages between the vessels.
