Servia Asks for Aid, and Ambulances Are Being Rushed.

LONDON, Friday, July 4.— The Daily Chronicle's Geneva correspondent wires:
"The International Red Cross headquarters at Geneva received an urgent appeal to-day (Thursday) from the Servian Red Cross for ambulances, doctors, and nurses, as over 3,000 wounded are at present in the hospitals, and, as the fighting continues, more wounded are expected.
"All the Swiss ambulances which returned recently from the Balkans are hurrying to help."
