Bulgars Recall Ministers.

New York Times 100 years ago today, July 7, 1913:
Diplomatic Relations with Their Former Allies Are Severed.
    BELGRADE, July 6.— The Servian Government has addressed a note to Bulgaria formally breaking off diplomatic relations and announcing the recall of the Minister at Sofia.

    SOFIA, July 6.— The Bulgarian Ministers at Belgrade and Cettinje have been recalled and the Bulgarian interests have been confided to Russia. The Sobranje has been convoked for Tuesday.
