Scent A Mondragon Plot.

New York Times 100 years ago today, July 1, 1913:
Revolutionists in Cuba Say He Plans Another Anti-Huerta Rising.
Special Cable to The New York Times.
HAVANA, June 30.— Mexican revolutionists in Havana say that they know that Gen. Mondragon, who arrived this morning from Mexico on his way to New York, has a large deposit of arms in the State of Oaxaca, to which he will proceed from New York, taking a steamer to Panama, and thence to Salina Cruz, instead of going to Europe, as he says he intends to do.
These revolutionists also assert that Mondragon, with the co-operation of Felix Diaz, plans soon to start another anti-Huerta uprising in Oaxaca, which is Diaz's native State, and in which he has his greatest following. The Carranzistas are cognizant of the plan and say that Gen. Carranza has taken measures to seize the deposit for himself and will not have anything to do with Mondragon and Diaz.
Gen. Mondragon says he is going to Ghent and is in perfect harmony with Gen. Huerta.
