PARIS, Tuesday, July 8.— Without going into details. The Journal this morning announces that Prof. d'Arsonval of the College of France has invented a system of wireless telephony, which, when put in operation in October, will transmit messages for long distances. "In 1914," adds The Journal, "people will be able to speak for thousands of miles" on Prof. d'Arsonval's system, which it hails as another triumph for French science.
