Another Bulgarian Protest.

New York Times 100 years ago today, August 18, 1913:
    SOFIA, Aug. 17.— The Bulgarian Government to-day presented a note to the foreign legations here protesting that the Turkish troops had advanced to a point forty-five miles west of the Maritza River, and were marching toward Kirjali and Gumuljina.
