Rail Communication May Be Cut Off in Mexico Several Days.
LAREDO, Tex., Feb. 10.— Passengers in a through train from Mexico to-day reported having been stopped three times by rebels. None of the travelers was robbed.
In San Luis Potosi, Saltillo, Monterey, Tampico, and Torreon, there had been no insurrecto outbreaks up to noon. It was said there would be no rail communication out of Mexico for several days. The federal telegraph system was re-established to-day.
The United States Post Office contemplates holding up regular and registered mail for a day or so.
