Youngest Brother of President a Student at a Wisconsin Academy.
Special to The New York Times.
DELAFIELD, Wis., Feb. 10.— "I can't believe it. They can never drive Francisco Madero from his place. He was elected by the people, and the people will stand by him." said Don Carlos Madero, 18 years old, brother of President Madero of Mexico, when told of the latest developments. "He is what you Americans call a live one, and some fighter," he continued.
Madero, who is the youngest of a family of thirteen — four girls and nine boys — graduates from St. John's Military Academy in June. He has studied at Paris and Berlin. One brother is at Cornell University, another is in Japan, while the other ten children are in Mexico.
"My brother," he said proudly, "is Mexico's youngest President. He is only 38. Felix Diaz is nothing. He goes on his father's name. I am sure my brother will triumph, for the people are with him."
