Ex-Governor of Chihuahua Sent to Capital for Sedition Trial.
CHIHUAHUA, Mexico, March 7.—Abraham Gonzales, ex-Governor of Chihuahua, left here to-day for Mexico City under guard for trial on a charge of sedition.
The Maderista rebels have been driven from Parral and its vicinity with heavy losses by Gen. Mercado and are fleeing toward Durango.
A thousand former followers of Orozco have surrendered in the last week to Gen. Rabago. The State is quiet, and the outlook reassuring.
