Protest Against Rumania.

New York Times 100 years ago today, March 10, 1913:
British Jews Urge Powers Not to Extend Her Territory.
By Marconi Transatlantic Wireless Telegraph to The New York Times.
LONDON, March 9.— David Alexander, President of the London Committee of Deputies of British Jews, and Claude Montefiore, President of the Anglo-Jewish Association, have issued a letter to the press protesting against the powers agreeing to any extension of Rumanian territory.
The ground for the protest is that country's "scandalous record in its treatment of Jews."
