Bulgars Angry At Servia.

New York Times 100 years ago today, May 18, 1913:
Sofia Thinks a Conflict Certain Unless Servia Moderates Her Demands.
COLOGNE, May 17.— That a Servo-Bulgarian conflict is inevitable, should Servia persist in her demand for a revision of the ante-bellum treaty between those countries, with regard to a division of the spoils of war, and refuse to submit for Russian arbitration the question of the disposal of districts, left open by the treaty, is the belief expressed in a dispatch received by The Cologne Gazette to-day from its Sofia correspondent. He says he has reached this conclusion after interviewing several Bulgarian Ministers and the party leaders at the Bulgarian capital. Continuing, the correspondent says:
"Bulgaria will not hesitate to conclude an alliance with Austria-Hungary, if such a step is necessary to achieve her end. Anti-Servian feeling in Bulgaria is running high, and is increasing hourly, and war, if it comes, will be most bitter.
