Two Aviators Start This Morning from Key West for Havana.
Special Cable to The New York Times.
HAVANA, May 16.— One Cuban cruiser and two gunboats were ordered to sea to-night to await the flight of two Cuban aviators, Agustin Parla and Domingo Rosillo, from Key West to Havana. The aviators advised the Cuban navy commander that they would start at 5 o'clock in the morning. Parla uses a Curtiss hydroaeroplane and Rosillo a machine without floats.
The Havana City Council offers $10,000 as a first prize and $5,000 as a second for the flight. President Gomez has also offered a personal prize to the successful aviator.
