Only 400 Attend a Meeting In Tokio — Speeches Mild.
TOKIO, June 10.— An anti-American mass meeting held here to-night was attended by not more than 400 persons. These were chiefly workingmen, idlers, and agitators.
The speeches were of a comparatively mild order.
