Italy Votes $20,000,000 For War.

    ROME, June 14.— The Italian Chamber of Deputies to-day approved almost unanimously an appropriation of $20,000,000 to continue the war in Tripoli, where the Italians recently suffered a severe reverse at the hands of the Arabs.
