Rumanians Take Four, and May Press On to Sofia.
VIENNA, July 18.— According to the Militarische Rundschau, Rumanian detachments have occupied Rustchuk, Turtukai, Dobritch, and Baltchik, having crossed the Danube from Giurgevo and Calarasi. They also landed at Rahova, which is the starting point of a good road to Sofia.
The seeming intention is to dictate peace from Sofia unless Bulgaria speedily agrees to the Rumanian demands.
