Diplomat Hears They Are in Danger in Barricaded Guaymas.
MEXICO CITY, Aug. 6.— A dispatch from Guaymas to the German Chargé d'Affaires here says the streets of that city are barricaded, the harbor is closed, and the city is in a complete state of siege. The dispatch adds that the German colony regards itself as in danger.
L. Blum, the American citizen arrested here yesterday on a charge of complicity in a plot to assassinate Provisional President Huerta, has regained his liberty pending an investigation.
