Three New Corps Likely to be Added to the Peace Footing.
    PARIS, March 1.— The Russian Government has decided to add three new army corps to the peace footing of the active army, according to a dispatch to the Temps from St. Petersburg. Most of the members of the Duma appear to approve of the project.
