EL PASO, Texas, May 15.— William Protexter, an American conductor on the Mexico Northwestern Railroad, was killed Tuesday in La Junta, Chihuahua, acording to information received here to-day. He had a dispute with several Mexicans. Protexter killed a cousin of Pascual Orozco and wounded another Mexican. Then, his ammunition exhausted, he was shot by his wounded victim.
