First Advance of $125,000,000 Total to be Made To-day.
PEKING, May 9.— The bankers representing the five powers — Great Britain, France, Germany, Russia and Japan — in connection with the loan of $125,000,000 to China were notified today by the Minister of Finance of China's final acceptance of the loan.
The first advance will be made to-morrow.
