Powers' Force In Scutari.

New York Times 100 years ago today, May 15, 1913:
International Detachment Under English Officer Enters City.
CETTINJE, May 14.— An international naval force, commanded by Vice Admiral Cecil Burney of the British Navy, to-day took possession of the fortress of Scutari.
The international force was escorted into the city by a Montenegrin guard of honor.

VIENNA, May 14.— The international force that is to occupy Scutari until the new Albanian Government has been established was landed at the port of San Giovanni di Medua this morning.
It was enthusiastically received by the Albanians.
The Austrian and Hungarian Ministers at a joint meeting to-day decided to dismiss the reservists only very gradually. About one-third will be dismissed, chiefly from the northern frontiers. Very few will be taken from Galicia and the southern frontiers until peace is actually concluded and the dispute between Bulgaria and Servia is arranged.
