German Aviator Missing.

New York Times 100 years ago today, May 10, 1913:
His Balloon Last Seen in a Storm on the Baltic Sea.
    KOENIGSBERG, May 9.— A German military spherical balloon, the Cassiopeia, which ascended from this city on Wednesday, is missing with its passengers. It was last seen in the neighborhood of Pillau, about twenty-five miles from here, traversing the Frischen-Ehrung Peninsula in a storm.
    It was under the command of Capt. von Webeser of the Second Balloon Battalion stationed here.
