Officer Killed Fethi Pasha.

New York Times 100 years ago today, November 25, 1912:
Subordinate Then Committed Suicide — Servians Bury General with Honor.
By Marconi Transatlantic Wireless Telegraph to The New York Times.
LONDON, Monday, Nov. 25.— The Daily Telegraph's Belgrade correspondent sends this dispatch:
"I have obtained from an official source the details of the death of Fethi Pasha at Resna. It is now known that Fethi was shot by one of his officers, who afterward committed suicide. This is confirmed by the statements of Turkish prisoners.
"When the body of Fethi was found by the Servians it was dressed in the uniform of a soldier, which the General had assumed to facilitate his escape. The Servians clothed the body in a General's uniform and buried it with full military honors.
"It is stated by Turkish prisoners that all the Pashas with the fugitive army disguised themselves as soldiers, endeavoring to escape capture in this manner."
