King Ferdinand Said to be Preparing to Join the Triple Alliance.
PARIS, Dec. 14.— Bulgaria is said to be about to enter the Triple Alliance, thus joining forces with Austria-Hungary, Germany and Italy according to information given from a diplomatic source to the Figaro.
King Ferdinand of Bulgaria, who was in Vienna on Thursday, is, said the diplomat, on the point of concluding an agreement with Austria.
