Hundreds of Arrests in St. Petersburg — Police Search Colleges.
ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 23.— Searches by the police of various colleges, notably the Twelfth Gymnasium, which communicates with the apartment of Minister of Instruction Casso, have revealed, it is said, nightly revolutionary meetings of students.
There are rumors also of the discovery of a plot.
Hundreds of arrests have been made.
