Military Party Aims to Overthrow It by Installing an Army Triumvirate.
LONDON, Dec. 15.— A Constantinople dispatch to the Exchange Telegraph Company reports that the military party is becoming so strong as to threaten the overthrow of the Kiamil Ministry in favor of a triumvirate composed of Nazim Pasha, the Minister of War; Izzet Pasha, Chief of the General Staff, and Mahmoud Schefket Pasha, the former commander of the revolutionary army.
