Warships In Battle.

New York Times 100 years ago today, December 15, 1912:
Turkish Destroyer Driven Back by Greek Fleet.
    ATHENS, Dec. 14.— A Turkish destroyer attempted to pass into the Aegean Sea from the Dardanelles to-day, but she was driven back by shells fired by two Greek destroyers patrolling the Straits. The Turkish forts on either side of the waterway replied to the Greek guns but without effect.
