Special Cable to The New York Times by arrangement with The Vienna Reichspost.
MUSTAPHA PASHA, Friday, Nov. 1, 6 P.M.— The Bulgarian pursuit of the defeated Turkish Army and the movement to outflank them on their line of retreat to Constantinople have already progressed so far that a Sedan may be prophesied almost with certainty.
The fall of Adrianople may probably be expected next week. Its capitulation might be enforced sooner by a ruthless bombardment, but King Ferdinand has ordered that the city be spared.
The siege lines about the city have been completed for several days past, and the fall of Demotika, whence the Turks after the battle of Kirk-Kilisseh had taken 30,000 men to protect the left flank of the main army at Lule-Burgas, removes all fear of interruption of the Bulgarian siege operations by the Turks.
At present the Bulgarian artillery are continuing the bombardment of the Turkish works on the northwest front.
Going back to the battle of Bunarhissar and Lule-Burgas. I must again emphasize the heroic assaults of the Bulgarians on the Turkish centre at Kavak Dere.
During the second day's fighting the Bulgarian infantry, advancing at the charge, were thrice hurled back.
Yet, undismayed and unshaken by the appalling fire of the enemy, the Bulgarians started a charge for the fourth time, and finally captured the heights of Kavak Dere after a terrible fight at close quarters.
