Fleeing Turks Said to Have Slain Inhabitants of Silivri.
CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 8,— Fugitive Turkish soldiers are reported to have massacred many inhabitants of the village of Silivri, on the Sea of Marmora, southwest of the Tchatalja forts.
The fleeing soldiers, who were in a state of seminstarvation and utterly demoralized, are said to have set fire to all the houses in the village.
According to Turkish official reports, Mussulman villages in the Palass and Kirdjare districts have been burned by Bulgarian troops, and Daoud and Topuklu and surrounding villages have been destroyed.
