15,000 Turks Surrender.

New York Times 100 years ago today, March 25, 1913:
Djavid Pasha Yields to Servians — Powers Fix Albanian Limits.
CETTINJE, March 24.— Djavid Pasha, with a Turkish army numbering 15,000 men, has surrendered to the Servians on the Skumbi River, Albania.
Djavid Pasha was commander of the Seventh Army Corps and formerly military commander at Uskub.

LONDON, March 24.— The powers have come to an agreement regarding the boundaries of Northern and Northeastern Albania from Jakova to Lake Ochrida. Their decision will be made known collectively to the allies, who at the same time will be informed that, as Europe has settled the question, there will be no further need of military operations, the result of which would not in any way affect the powers' agreement.
The Ambassadors will now take a hand in the question of the southern limits of Albania.
A Sofia dispatch says that sharp fighting took place today both at Adrianople and Tchatalja. Details are lacking.
