Montenegrin Monarch Takes Personal Charge of Operations.
RIEKA, Montenegro, Dec. 1.— King Nicholas, accompanied by the Crown Prince, arrived at Staff Headquarters at Gruda yesterday.
The King made a stirring address to the troops, and afterward visited the positions and gave orders for the disposition of the attacking forces. The heavy guns bombarded Scutari for two hours in the afternoon, and many shells fell in the middle of the town.
The attack was resumed to-day, the King directing personally.
The Bulgarian Minister to Montenegro and the Bulgarian General Paprikoff arrived at Gruda to-day and had a long conference with King Nicholas.
