Rebels Damage Oil District — Many Natives Join Fugitive Officer's Band.
VERA CRUZ, Mexico. Nov. 3.— The revolutionary spirit in the northern part of the State of Vera Cruz is on the increase. Many small bands are causing much mischief in the rich oil district.
The United States cruiser Des Moines and the German protected cruiser Victoria Louise are still in port. Major Stuardo Cuesta and 185 of his adherents, who escaped from Vera Cruz on the entry of the Federals, have been seen near Oaxaca, where the natives are joining the revolutionary movement in great numbers.
Col. Diaz Ordaz, Chief Lieutenant of Gen. Felix Diaz, will be tried by Court-martial in a day or two. It is generally believed that he will be condemned to death.
