Changes In Huerta Cabinet.

New York Times 100 years ago today, June 14, 1913:
Blanquet Succeeds Mondragon as Minister of War.
    MEXICO CITY, June 13.— A general shake-up in the Cabinet of President Huerta occurred to-day. Gen. Manuel Mondragon resigned as Minister of War and was succeeded by Gen. Aureliano Blanquet, former military commander of the Federal District.
    Jorge Vera Estanol relinquished the post of Minister of Public Instruction, Manuel Garza Aldape, Minister of Agriculture, taking his place. Several of the other Cabinet Ministers changed places.
