Anti-American Agitators Quote Patrick Henry on Posters.
    TOKIO, June 18.— Posters calling a mass meeting for to-morrow and bearing the headline, "Give me liberty or give me death. — Patrick Henry," were pasted to-day by agitators on walls in the vicinity of the United States Embassy and at other points in this capital.
    The organizers of the meeting declare that their object is to obtain a more determined diplomatic attitude toward the United States.
